Chili-lime seasoning is underrated. It's very versatile, watch out for the salt content, ie, Tajin[I ❤it]. Works so well on so many proteins and veg also. 😋❤👍

Just for accuracy's sake, that would be esquites, not elote. Literally the only difference is esquite is in a cup, and elote is on the cob.
