7 minute work along resistance band oblique workout. Try adding this workout to your routine 3 times a week for more defined, stronger obliques.
BREAKDOWN
1) SIDE BENDS 1 X 00:45/SIDE
2) SIDE CRUNCH 1 X 00:45/SIDE
3) LIFTING 1 X 00:45/SIDE
4) SALSA PLANK 1 X 00:45
5) BICYCLE CRUNCH 1 X 00:45
*10 SECONDS TRANSITION TIME BETWEEN SETS, EXERCISES, & CIRCUITS

I'm using Sport Vida: I like that their extension ratio is not very big - which means the effort you apply at the beginning and at the end does not differ so much.
Is performing these exercises going to assist in weight loss around the belly & oblique areas?

6:27 He moves too much his cervicals. Watch out people because these amateurs' doing could hurt you. There are some exercises in this video that I will use but it is highly recommendable to watch other videos when adding a new exercise combo to your routine. Thanks for sharing, Fit Gent. I've done exercises for 1 year, (I was very disciplined) and I got a very good results but I assumed to be as the guy in this video, it will take another 1 year or more. I wish showing you my pictures results but that is not possible by here :(
