2) SIDE CRUNCH 1 X 00:45/SIDE

I'm using Sport Vida: I like that their extension ratio is not very big - which means the effort you apply at the beginning and at the end does not differ so much.
Isn’t the first exercise bad for your spine or is it just the dumbbell version

I hope I can transform to healthy body too. But it's hard cause I had Gerd or acid reflux and trauma in pork and beef. I can't gain weight. Any advice with same condition with me?
6:27 He moves too much his cervicals. Watch out people because these amateurs' doing could hurt you. There are some exercises in this video that I will use but it is highly recommendable to watch other videos when adding a new exercise combo to your routine. Thanks for sharing, Fit Gent. I've done exercises for 1 year, (I was very disciplined) and I got a very good results but I assumed to be as the guy in this video, it will take another 1 year or more. I wish showing you my pictures results but that is not possible by here :(
