It’s not undertaking. It’s overtaking on the left and it’s not illegal to do so.

Signs say it's a part time bus lane. If either the date OR the time on the dashcam were correct, then that vehicle was perfectly legal to be in the lane, just not both lanes.

Hi, yes of course. Thanks for your question so to explain the rider dviolated three rules in that clip , 1, they made an illegal overtake, lane filtering is only allowed between two vehicles. You cannot go to the outside left or right of a vehicle when there was no other vehicle a next to it , so overtaking that vehicle on the left and going around it is illegal 2, They went into a bicycle lane when performing the overtake motorcycle riders are not allowed to travel in bicycle lanes same as cars and 3, after making the illegal overtake while illegally go through a bike lane, they then failed to stop behind the white line at the stop sign so that would be three violations adding up to roughly $1000 in fines around seven Demerit points makes sense now :-)

No worries the only difference in Victoria is FYI they allow lane filtering alongside Park cars and they allow lane filtering for P plate riders. They’re the only state that has those two rules other than that the rules in Victoria are in line with all the other states. Happy Easter

It's an Austin A90 Atlantic, produced 1949-52. It was part of the English export-or-die programme, and as one might expect was a failure. There was also a model with a hardtop.

I'm guessing not, they would spend all day watching the various bad driving video channels. I do know that people have lost their job over their shitty driving. A company asked Scott to take down a video after they sacked the shitty driver that cut me off in a company marked truck, Scott refused of course.

Lots more drivers staying in the right lane when others need to undertake to get past, why, what’s wrong with keep left unless overtaking, no illegal but morally srong

Hi Well if there is no overtaking lane they dont need to pass them or if they do overtake them on teh left thats ok , no moral issue :)
