HI fyi no thats incorrect re 3:00 Cyclists in the many states they cant use footpaths at all , but even when they are they must give way when entering a road way , obvious as they don't want cyclist just flying out on roads into on coming traffic and hitting cars , re 4:03 the pedestrian waling a bike is waiting to cross straight ahead and then changes their mind and walks into the path of a motorcyclist abut o turn , illegal and not allowed , in both cases the cyclist and pedestrian are at fault :)

Over 12 years old aren't allowed to ride bicycles on footpaths unless accompanying a child under 12 or have a baby seat with a baby

Our roads are beginning to resemble a conveyor belted peanut gallery! They just keep coming along. Never ending. Nice classics at the end. EH Holden wagon, a modified Aussie ford Landau and an original looking XC Falcon police pack hardtop. Nice work.

7:40 and the cammer just muted their honking in their clip, probably a long and rude one, which by law, is prohibited and can be fined. The white car responded with a stop in the middle of the road and hazard lights. The cammer overtook her from the shoulder than drove on the middle line a bit to block her from overtaking. Both were having issues.

In that case you can its legal under the obstruction exemption , here there were no parked cars just queued traffic , so cant do it here so nothing to disagree about :)

As hard as it is to say, you can't blame the Porsche driver here 0:30. I see this happen everyday. Our roads are not correctly marked and paved. Often around the city we see this happen because cars assume someone is doing a right-turn and holding traffic up and if they can fit in the left, they go through. It's an absolute pain. The other problem is, it happens to a few people a few times and they feel like clowns, then they start doing it. What actually should happen is for RTO to properly line mark these sections so people can merge before-hand and not be pricks.

The markings have nothing to do with pricks being pricks. You could have every road in every little country town perfectly marked and Porsche douche would've still done what he did.

Not sure what you mean , if you are referring the DC driver the lane they are in allows them to turn in the middle or right lane re marking ?

Hi Jason, re-giving way Queensland crossing I assume you’re referring to pedestrian crossing that’s not the case in the video there was no pedestrian crossing at that intersection, So that is a moot point . however The cyclist who was holding their bike and walking ie now a pedestrian was going to cross straight ahead, and the motorcycle rider was turning left if they had begun to cross before the motorcyclist made a turn, then they would’ve had to give away however what they did was stop and then walk the other way into the path across the rider . The rule is you must give way to pedestrians on the street you into that is already on the road not give way to pedestrians on the same road that you were on that walk in front of you, so I think you’ve misunderstood not the rule but what is happening in the video maybe go have another look, happy to have clarified that for you have a nice day :)

3:01 is a tricky one. if a pedestrian starts crossing a road before you turn onto it they have right of way. at the same time, the cyclist is required to dismount and walk across the road if they are crossing as a pedestrian. both parties here could have done a bit better.

According to longstanding convention at an uncontrolled crossing a pedestrian crosses the behind the first vehicle, not in front of it.

2.42 tesla, im TRULY surprised the tesla is not linked to starlink (owned by tesla) and the car AUTOMATICALLY SLOWS DOWN TO STOP TO OBEY ALL ROAD RULES. I guess I smell some serious BS here....Glad I didn't invest in EITHER tesla OR starlink.
