Actually those kids crossing the road - there aren’t enough safe crossing on a lot of these roads. Traffic is too heavy and councils have done zero to rectify the situation.

Hooray the barfing dog is back! Ah yep, throw in the Wilhelm scream as well. Not sure what the theme is that was played in the first clip. I've heard it being played in episodes in the past. Lovely tune none the less. The VB theme tune made a comeback as well in the clip with the idiot in the Chrysler 300. I'd like to know who the composer was behind the VB tune just for curiosity's sake. Has to be from the early 80s I'm guessing. Great tune. This episodes sbtf just scored himself an eshay award for best trouble making and showing how to start a roadrage incident. Really it was very juvinile like from the driver of the white prado. DC driver did the right thing in trying to avoid the situation and get away but his tempers flared when the other driver struck out at his vehicle. Wonder what happened after the footage cut out? Have you heard any more info from the dc driver about what happened afterwards and whether or not the police were actually called? The incident did intrigue me a bit. Hope the dc driver didn't overstep the mark. Anyhow it goes to show what idiots are out there sharing tge the roads with the rest of us.

@@BadDriversOz yeah I agree. I mean, fair enough if the other driver is disorganised and titting around and trying to make an easy thing difficult and frustrating other drivers. Then there might be a case of another person taking that spot because the other driver is making a fuss about parking in a relatively easy spot that looks difficult to them. If that's the case it'd be easier if they went and found another spot to park in that "they" deem to be "easier". It wasn't the case as was shown in that clip.

Nice driving! 3:46 I think you will find that the pedestrians do have right of way in this situation. i.e. The red car must stop for the pedestrians to cross. I agree that usually the pedestrians will wait for a gap and no assert their rights. 12:05 In this case the pedestrians have to give way to the car because they are crossing the road which the car is continuing straight on.

Hi, David, re 3:46. As discussed previously, there's no such thing as " right of way" in Australian law. That's an American legal term and concept. It has a different literal and legal meaning, ( to much USA tv and movies :) and we don't use it in our system. So it's not applicable to be used in reference. In regards to it, no, the red car does not have to give way for the pedestrians. When a pedestrian is approaching a road like that, unless there is a. Pedestrian crossing, traffic, lights, etc. The pedestrians must stop and wait until traffic is clear to proceed. Same an example at 12:05.

In Australia, you have to give way to pedestrians when turning (unless at a roundabout, as long as there is no marked zebra crossing), or at zebra crossings. In my fiancée's home country, Indonesia, zebra crossings are always ignored. To cross the road there, you have to hold your hand out, then cross when traffic slows down.

Hi. Lee to explain the rules in UK and Australia are mostly the same, just a few slight. Differences. In Australia, any road that has two lames , you can use either lane. Except where the keep left rule applies , The keep left rule is determined by the speed limit. And/Or sign posted. if it's not signposted to keep left. It will go on the speed limit only , If the speed is limited above 80 kilometres an hour, then you only use the right lane to overtake and then return to the left lane. On a road that has three or more lanes, with a speed limit of 100 kmh , eg motorways you can drive in any of the lanes. What is? Recommended to do is it? For example if you have a three lane motorway. If you're Driving to your destination and you still have 20 minutes before you want to exit, you would drive in the middle lane, using the right lane to overtake if needed, then returning back to the middle lane and you leave the left lane free for the slower traffic and for the traffic that. Is entering and exiting the motorway, then when you're ready to exit, you move to the left lane and exit off. :)

Well lady with the dashcam was in the second to right lane, with a relatively quiet freeway, clear lanes to her left, why was she not moving over towards the left if not overtaking other traffic. Calling out the three clearly speeding cars is fine, but I'm just saying I saw something else in that particular clip which is one of my pet peeves - lane hogging.

I believe if there is obvious video evidence of an offence, the registered owner of such vehicle should suffer any penalties unless they say who was driving such vehicle. The same as red light or speeding cameras. This may, repeat may, make some drivers obey road rules. Yes I know it's a pie in the sky. But we need to start somewhere.

Wow, you assume the cammer didn't need to brake to not hit the other car. As the cammer, I can assure you I needed to brake to not hit the car that pulled out in front of me on a roundabout, in conditions definitely not suited for that kind of driving. The reason why there was "so much clearance" was because I braked.

Pedestrians don't have right of way at roundabouts unless there's a marked crossing, because it will destroy traffic flow and you'll see a much bigger incidence of rear end accidents. In the first instance. the kids were stopping for the car already and the second instance the kids didn't even look. Sure, I agree not running over kids is the primary goal.

In Australia, pedestrians at a roundabout must yield. For the reason shown in both of the clips. If a car(or bus, or truck) stops on the exit , it will block other traffic from entering.

Actually Grace Language is not an issue at all KZread just updated their policy to allow more swearing , and as i make a LOT of money from these and have done for several years and will be able to retire 20 years early at this rate . VERY GOOD :)
