Not only that. As far as I know when you turn, you turn into the lane closest to you and THEN change if you need to. The dashcam owner is actually wrong here as she changed lanes mid-turn. Am I wrong? Anyone can confirm/correct me?

I agree. I'm siding with the white SUV. DC was hardly snug up against the left anyway, swerved to the centre causing white SUV to hesitate moving forwards (which would have been required for her to move to her left), then pushed up as close as he could to her giving minimal room to move. DC came across as an impatient jerk with a chip on his shoulder.

What brand of car are you referring to? I know the old land rovers had funny Nick names, in a particular suburb of Melbourne they were known as the "Toorak tractor" most likely because everyone in Toorak had a land rover. Bit like the old Chrysler Valiant, they were known as the Marrickville Mercedes because everyone in Marrickville owned one at the time.

as in America traffic laws for bicycles only apply when THEY get cut off or a car runs a res light and almost hits them or car is on wrong side of the road but they feel they can do anything tell they get hit then its the one in the right fault

Hey , well we don't know that but if that is teh case they can overtake in any lane and if the driver ahead turned into the left they would not need to change lanes and the Dc could select the right and overtake them on that side if that what they wanted to do :)

2:50 classic UCV behaviour. People buy these tanks because they feel safer, the only problem is that they have NO IDEA where they are positioned on a street/road/carpark. Are you referring to the cyclist at 4:40 because it’s pretty stupid to have a red light on a protected bike lane when the pedestrian lights are red as well. There needs to be seperate bicycle lights in that situation so you don’t make them wait for no good reason.

The government needs to make fines a percentage of the person's income. Running a red light should be instant loss of licence. When you lose your licence you should actually lose your licence and after a period of time you can redo your learners licence and start again from scratch because you have proven that you don't know how to drive. No special treatment for anyone regardless of their circumstances, you need a licence for your job than you should have thought about that before you acted like a moron. Fleet vehicles the fines are a percentage of the company's income unless they can prove who was driving.
