I had one knuckle head the other day do something similar when I was heading to work in nundah he came into the tunnel doing 60 (it’s 80 through there) and then decided last minute to take the same exit as me like seriously that dude was lucky that I didn’t wanna have to fill out any paperwork

2.06 I know the junction well and it aptly demonstrates the stupidity of the merge from the left design of Australian roads (inside lane merges into the outside lane). It encourages under taking and persistent driving in the outside lane and thus the source of so many of these videos, road rage.

Hi so to clarify a few things for you. It's not potentially anything , it is an illegal U turn. You cannot do a U turn at traffic lights there. Secondly, we don't have yield in Australia, we don't use that. We have give way. And here the dash Cam driver didn't fail to give way to anyone. As they would not have had to give way to the car doing the illegal U turn because hence the driver doing illegal U turn is the one failing to give way. However, I don't know why you've stated this, because the dash Cam driver hit the brakes to avoid hitting them. And stoped up before they give way sign and proceeded after the driver illegally doing the you turn a failing to give way of passed So I'm really not sure what the point of your comment is??
