​@@showstealer1829dc driver probably shouldnt have slowed and brake checked several times to start the incedent. Both need a time out from their licences. If you think brake checking is acceptable behavior perhaps you need some lessons with a licenced instructor.

4:48 looks like dc is slowing down and brake checking a few times here. If you brake check anyone, you should lose your licence for a month. Try walking for a bit to calm down on the road. Edit thanks @BadDriversOz for pointing out my horrendous spelling.

I see DC slowing down in the OTL, swerving left to block, swerving right to block again, hanging out into the on-comming lane to try continue blocking, then rams/side swipes the white car, finally coming to a full stop on the highway just so they can jump out and start recording...? The two in the DC are nutters.

Car driver licences are too easy to get, but there has to be a black market on taxi licences because too many off them drive like they have never had a lesson, and certainly do not have a clue.

Last time I went there (for the first time in years!) the dodgy turner ended up with these funny looking black smears in a lot of (now) rippled panels down their right side. She would've had fun explaining the damage to hubby. 🤣🤣

My perspective is that the cam car was blocking the overtaking lane and the car behind him became pissed off. Is there anything more annoying than having some clown hog the few passing lanes that exist on our highways.

Should be a severe penalty for talking about a clip without a time stamp.

Ah righto. I saw a green hotrod this morning that may have been similar to the one you saw. It was pulled up at the ampol servo here in Forbes opposite the Nissan dealer. Looked like a 1930s ford coupe or Tudor. Had green licence plates too. It was around 8:25am this morning I saw that.

13:31 old love combing her hair in moving traffic, years ago I was overtaken on a single lane, 100 kph road by a bloke who was steering with his knees while looking into his rear view mirror and combing his hair as he overtook me, I've never forgotten it.

10:10, yes it is illegal, edge filtering in the emergency lane is allowed in QLD, BUT only on roads that are 90 km/h or above when the traffic is moving at under 30 km/h, the bike is also limited to 30 km/h or under AND there are no curb and guttering, but I am sure that this is in NSW where Edge Filtering is not legal.

Hi , yes Edge filering is legal in QLD per the rules you listed , but onlyh in QLD no alllowed in any otner state , and that clip was from WA anyway not NSW :)

Hi, yes, thank you for your question and I'm happy to explain it for you. So a couple things before that. In your comment, just to explain, there is no such thing as right of way in Australia. No one has right of way as that is not how our laws work. It's an American law and concept and means a completely different thing. Our system works on who must give way. And in this case the card turning left must turn, must give way As you will see in the video there, that is what is referred to as a slip lane. There is a slip lane and the dashes on the road is a give way requirement along with the give way sign , on on any road when you were turning left via slip road You must give way into all traffic. I have been driving for 50 years in Victoria and I would have got this one wrong. I did not realise that a few painted stripes was the same as a raised section of ground clearly defining the turn lane as a slip road. I have managed to find the rules and I was wrong. Painted stripes are the same. In addition you are being rather pedantic as "giving way" to another vehicle by law is exactly the same as the other vehicle having "right of way". In fact the term "Right of Way" is used in the Vicroads definintions about turning rules. @@ScottsCarcameras

Well thats why i do my videos to help people get the correct infromation , re right of way if a third party website has used the term incorrectly that can happen , but its not part of out legislation and will not used in any legal Doucmunts ie the road rules , or on our road systems :)

SBTF Sure looks here like the cammer was being the A-hole to start. They were clearly passing traffic slowly (likely being tailgated sure) then delibrately braked to stay behind the car they had just passed to block the car behind them when they saw the merge coming up. Then they swerved back and forth to continue blocking, likely thats when the impact occured. Not saying the other car was blameless but lets be real here.

I never say this but SBTF was DC fault 100%
