Thank you so much for the recipe….I didn’t have any bacon (shame on me lol) but I had some thinly sliced ham speck. I placed the ham & some grated gruyère cheese in between the potato layers & wow this was totally delicious & definitely a keeper.
Is the oven temp the same on the second bake ?
What was the first ingredient you put in the bowl, from the jar?
Lovely I'm cooking it now. BUT I'm going to halve the bacon and reserve some for on top 😊 thankyou x

I do mine with bechamel sauce but yours is easier.
