Diabetes is in my family so I used your recipe, replacing the potatoes with cauliflower florets. Worked wonderfully and tasted great.

You remind me of my sister who raised me and three brothers and a sister when my parents died in an accident in the Himalayas in mountaineering expedition for national geographic. She made this all the time.

I made it and added cut up boneless chicken that I sautéed while the potatoes cooked... Both ways are so delicious!!!!!

I made this last night, and was blown away as to how delicious the dish was!! If you're a potato lover, I would recommend!

I did everything in this video besides the cheese (mild cheddar cheese, grated myself) and for the seasonings I used a generous amount of garlic salt, a little bit of seasoned Salt and like 2 tablespoons of pepper. Omg amazing!

Looks great !!!! We tried this last nite and they were absolutely awesome! My son went crazy over this dish! Thanks for sharing!!!

Yeah but I really like bacon so I just replaced all the potatoes with giant chunks of bacon. It got weird and smelly. I think my oven might be ruined.

yeah my landlord was mad because all the bacon grease dripped down the side of the house and now raccoons have nested in my walls. The smell drives them into some kind of insane blood lust.
