That is the first time I've ever viewed the slicing of a red pepper from inside the red pepper 😆 Very cool. When I saw it was a nine minute video I almost didn't press play but the way your video is shot/video quality and the sound quality were excellent and very relaxing to watch. The high resolution was impressive and being able to see the water droplets from the freshly washed vegetables was very appealing. I am inspired to try make this meal. Thank you

I agree with some who have mentioned the sound effects and close camera work! It makes me want to try the recipe and taste it for myself. I actually squeeze out grated potatoes as that reduces the amount of starch in the dish. Grated zucchini mixed with a beaten egg is also an option. The egg will bind the zucchini together.
Apart from the tasty recipe, I just LUUURVE ❤️ the crisp & delicious sound quality. ASMR for sure!! Well done you.
