    I’m 12 years old and every time I scroll on KZread shorts that see girls around my age with flat stomach no love handles and I wonder how they do it and I just get sad so I’m trying my best. This is my fourth day of working out, please cheer for me.

    I dont know exactly how you feel because im not around your age. im 17, but when i used to be around your age i would always notice how ''perfect' my friends looked. But let me tell you, you as a 12 year girl are still growing and your body is still changing in many ways, you have time, you shouldnt be worried about how you look especially at that young age. I hope you can find peace in your looks. dont worry about what other people think, or how others look, its best not to compare yourself. hope this helps in any way.

    Would y’all consider adding a cue, “let’s get ready” marker, or something at the top of your videos before starting the timer? I always miss the first few instructions because the workout starts immediately. Thanks!

    MrandMrsMuscle I actually have tried that one and while I enjoyed it I didn’t feel like I was engaging my abs. I like cardio centered more than ab moves lol I feel like I have better form with cardio moves

    That’s ok. That workout really requires core contraction and focus. The cardio is in there specifically to ramp up fat burn. Have you gone through our Abs & Core Playlist?💕

    MrandMrsMuscle I don’t think so. I’ve been doing a few of your cardio ones and I enjoy them. I feel like I’m actually burning fat while with ab workouts I mentally don’t feel like I’m burning anything if that makes sense
