6 Easy Exercises To Remove Back Fat Fast

Back fat exercises are often neglected because people are most often focused on exercises that help eliminate the fat on the front part of our bodies like stomach fat or arms and thighs fat. But eliminating back fat is just as important as losing fat in the rest of our bodies!
In today’s workout video I’m giving you exercises that will work your upper, and lower body to make you lose back fat effectively! These are all body-weight exercises making it easy and convenient for you to do this anywhere.
The key to making this exercise work is to do this on a daily basis and combine it with a proper, healthy diet. Make sure to stay away from grains and sugar and stay active always. Avoid living a sedentary lifestyle!

This is my second time doing this workout. I forgot to comment first time. First exercise: Easy, slight burn. Seccond exercise: Nice light burn. Third: One of my favorites, I imagine points my arms has to reach every time. Fourth: Relatively easy also. Five: I have a hard time with this one, to maintain my balance, nice burn. Six: My favorite! Nice burn (Doing this for a 2 month, commenting my results at the end of july, and august!) Before: 14yr old. (Done growing) Height 5'5.5 weight 136- used to be 128(- but summer and junk 😋also not skipping breakfast and lunch due to more time and less busy schedule After:

@@khateejasakeen6024it does both sets in the video. I have terrible time management and what helps me is doing these with the videos. Give up some time to finish w the video and you'll get there :) i've done this for a day or 2 and i can see a small difference. I follow this full video once a day along w two other stomach and waist workouts and one for my bra bulge, love handles, and back fat. im a pretty big girl so it's a bit harder for me, i wish you luck

You got this, Wise Minkx! I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

Can these excercise help to reduce back hump
Today is November 1, 2021 Day 1 today I have successfully completed the first day of doing this work out. I will start off by saying that I am very sore from doing other things and I’m grocery shopping yesterday so I even finished off my two weeks workout of the walking session that they have. What I will say about today is I’m definitely out of breath like I can’t seem to breathe right now my heart rate is definitely out there who is definitely struggling to them all it was definitely new I’ve never really seen any exercising that did these particular workouts so it was very challenging a little confusing. I will say that my lower back and upper glutes are tingling very much so this workout is definitely going to be a challenge for me but you see over the next two weeks how it does me Day 2. Today I have successfully completed the second day of doing this work out. What I will say is when I woke up this morning my whole body hurts my upper arms under the shoulders are in a lot of pain as well as my middle and lower back I feel very sore my glutes feel pretty tight my upper thighs feel pretty tight as well. What I also will say is when I was doing the tea plank, my wrist were starting to be in pain and a lot of squishing pain and I’m not sure if I’m putting to much pressure on my hands and on my wrist but they hurt even towards the end of the exercise there in a lot of pain when I’m moving in a circular motion it still hurts and I’m trying to relax those muscles within my wrist so I will try it again tomorrow and see a different kind of pressure meaning see if I can put a different pressure when I’m doing the exercise and if I’m still in a lot of pain I might have to alter that particular workout into maybe just doing a regular plank and just hold it for 20 count or figure something out that was still equivalent to that work out without me hurting my wrist to the point where I might potentially put out a place or anything like that. But overall this workout was still pretty difficult to do it’s just a two so I’m still trying to get the hang of it as well as my body is just trying to get used to doing this new type of workout. Day 3 oh I feel so out of breath. When it came to doing the tea plank I had to change it up and just do a regular plank because my wrists were still hurting. It’s still was a challenge you know holding a plank for that long it might not focus on my back area but I’m sleaze I’m still working out and I’m still working out some part of my body in someway or another but I do believe that just by doing the regular plank it does also help with your all-around core and even your all around back at the same time. But overall today was still difficult time certain ones are starting to become a little easier for me to do they’re still challenging but I’m starting to get the hang of them and starting to get used to how to do them all the count Day 4 it’s completed I’ve finished the one thing about the day was it was still I would say hard I won’t use the word difficult because a lot of the exercises are becoming a little bit more easier as I do them each day some are still challenging, but I do appreciate the challenge that it gives me each day. It still works all the areas as intended for as well as I can definitely feel part of my body that is being used being pushed to their limits. But overall it was a good workout as usual and I don’t really see any physical changes I wouldn’t expect to see any physical changes by the fourth day of doing this work out but I do mentally feel really good when I finish and I feel very refreshed Day 5 what to say.. well my arms definitely hurt a lot as well as my upper and lower back. My stomach sometimes feel pressured to move. My chest yesterday was in lot of pain. But today was still a hard work out to do. It is slowly getting better. If feels a little more natural to do in some ways than not. But I can say that my back is feeling it. Not a single sweat today but lots of pain and tingling all over my body. Just in time before work too. Day 6 today I have completed the six day of this work out and I am in shock that it’s already six days I was not expecting that but I guess time flies by when you’re busy doing other things but besides that boy today was very out of breath day for me I’m starting to get the hang of it to the point where I’m just skipping the rest times and continuing the exercises I will say that I’m still not doing the side planks because it is hurting my wrist I’m still assuming that it is because I’m putting to much pressure on my wrist so I’m trying to find a way to not put so much pressure on my wrist to the point where it hurts and then once I have completed the exercise I’m on able to successfully do my job or go to class and do things because my wrist hurt so still trying to figure out how to do that but I am alternating it by doing regular planes or doing other things that still are in that same level and same manner with it does in a different way. But overall it was really good it’s starting to be more of a relaxer of my body is starting not to be very painful it’s starting to actually become quite easy for me now. Day 7 my first week has been completed. I really cannot believe that I have successfully completed this first week. It didn’t even feel like I did a week but I did. Be happy with this kind of challenge it’s gradually becoming easier and I can gradually feel different parts of my body you know tighten up try to get used to those muscles being worked out in a different alternative way than what the typical workouts normally do. Since today is the first week I don’t really notice too much of a physical I didn’t weigh myself today I will say that I am just overall very pleased with his work out and how challenging it is for me Day 8 today felt a little bit like the second day with a mixture of the first day. Some of them had became a little bit more harder while others became so much more easier it was afraid to do it. I do feel a little out of breath maybe that’s because I completely skipped all the brakes just kept going from beginning to end nonstop Day 9 I definitely gave it my all I might’ve pushed myself a little too hard but that’s OK. Under my armpits are a little sore today but feel good around my hips and waist I feel a little sore autograph but nothing I can’t handle. I’m getting ready to go outside and walk for a while get some more exercise out but I can’t believe I am really done with this Day 10. I am a little out of breath but that’s because I’m also wearing a hoodie while doing this work out. I also did this work out coming home from work I just did not have enough time to do the work out before heading out to work so it definitely was refreshing to be able to do the work out coming home from work but I’m deathly out of breath my heart rates pretty up there I just feel definitely out of breath right now Day 11. I have successfully completed my 11 day at work now I did the work out at my moms house and my mom‘s house is pretty hot right now she has the heat on so it definitely felt different because it’s hot and not in a small Bierman but I think it may work out even more of a challenge for me I definitely was a lot faster I definitely feel out of breath and I feel great. Day 12 Oh hey is my 12 day of doing this work out and it had a little bit challenging since I got some stuff going on today but it was needed Day 13 ; wow I cannot believe how fast this has went for me. It really has just been in an extraordinary workout it really it’s been working out my shoulders area I would say my glutes my thighs I feel it in my back my upper lower middle back sometimes I even feel it around my core workout has definitely given me more of a push and more of a keep doing that you got this type of mood tomorrow’s my last day I’m really excited and I can’t wait to see how tomorrow finish it off and be able to start on a new workout session and their yoga Day 14 well it’s official two weeks have successfully been completed. I cannot believe how fast that went and it really went by fast I didn’t even see that coming. What I will say today is that my left shoulder blade it definitely hurts it feels like it’s been pushed to his limit but also feels like in a good shape. Overall what I can say about this workout is that it’s definitely different when I first started out. It definitely took me some time to get used to this particular team and being able to fully adjust to it or accommodate it for it as well. But I think this is a workout that will really test your limits and what really touched you as a person because a lot of times we don’t think about working out our bag and stuff like that so the fact that that’s what I was doing my body was very confused and felt uncomfortable but having that opportunity to try something different allowed me spiritually mentally and physically adjust to it. But now I am heading over to their Yoga channel to start a workout with their yoga for two weeks

@@ishitachakraborty4448 if you do this workout consistently for a week, drink 2 litres of water a day and reduce the food you have to a smaller plate, you’ll see results. However you’re probably going to see bigger differences within 2-3 weeks. It’s easy to be like i want results immediately but just keep doing it and you’ll have results that last longer too

OK so i’ll be honest i definitely see no back rolls photos are hard to take of ur back but from what i seen the fat is GONEEE i’m so happy to i didn’t turn into a hourglass icon but i no longer have back rolls so i can start to see and appreciate my figure TY
