Awesome 20 Min Core HIIT Workout - Follow Along (No Talking)

Today's workout is 3 rounds of some awesome new movements, including Pushup Jacks, Side Lunges, and Side-to-Side Plank Hops.
As always, I have provided a scaled-down version for each and every exercise.

    Right on brother! Guilty of not usually stretching enough myself, so this is helping me too. How are things progressing for you? Have you noticed any improvements since starting the workouts?

    Never Stop Improving Yea definitely, my muscles are becoming toned, and overall way more fit than before. Thank you for this 🙏🏻, usually I don’t workout that much so this helps me a lot 😄

    I've just started doing side squats I'll add ankle weights this will help a lot thanks for sharing 💪😷🐈
