20 Min Beginner/Intermediate Workout You Can Do Anywhere (Follow Along)

It's the last Tuesday workout of the 4-week program, and it's going to be a lot of fun. There are some new movements in here that will test your shoulders, abs, and glutes, but no matter what level you're at, you should be able to handle these exercises.
