Dude you are seriously posting these workout vids almost daily!! I have been subscribed to your channel a long time, you are doing good things bro. I am an injured veteran, im going to try to "improve" i dont think i can do all the workout. This can help get anyone moving right now. (Needed now especially) thanks for motivating anyone that needs it. keep up you kind leading attitude friend... oh yeah, the shaved head is good look.
