4 Creative Exercise Combos I Just Made Up For Fun (Follow Along Workout!)
This is it! The last workout of the 4-week program. If you've made it this far, congratulations, and get ready for a really fun final workout, because I made up 4 really fun combos that are definitely going to get your blood pumping:
1. Mountain Climber Breakdancers
2. Burpee Toe Touches
3. Tombstone Jackknives
4. Inchworm Shoulder Taps
On the first round, focus on learning how to do the exercises, and then in the remaining 4, put in the work!

Aww man, I stumbled on your channel as a come back skater, I'm 31 now and a retired powerlifter. Was nice to see a channel of a taller older dude skating that I could relate to. I've already made a few mistakes being 6'3'' 248lbs and buying an 8 inch board, I rode tiny stuff when I was growing up. Rode 7.5 for 11 years, but I'm gonna bump to an 8.5 tomorrow. Hope to see more skate videos soon!
