@@R1G1RuLZ naming it would also make it not despawn, and maybe putting a named raider in a boat/minecart somewhere closeby could trigger this, unless the witch sees the player in which case she could throw a harmful potion possible? sure. viable? eh

Yeah I did this in a 1500 day hardcore world so I had potions of the turtle master I had an enchanted grapple a reg gapple regen potions and a regen beacon. (I was a bit worried)

That tnt alignment for the headless pistons, with explosions going through corners, super smart machine 😆

With a beacon farm and a counter only letting the player place blocks every 40 blocks, you could definitely just have a fourth account crafting things, and the rest is handled automatically. Or even an automatic item duper and delivery system

the witch option would work if you had a movable, modified raid farm constantly keeping a raid going, have an illager and witch being moved, then before the potion lands, you launch it with slime blocks to the player. if you do it multiple times, then you just need 1 regen potion thrower and probably 2 at most health throwers to make up for the lost regen 2 that you normally get from a beacon.

@@Chezrlz009 it goes along an infinite line, so you'll need to set one every 100th block, hence the flying counter idea

this is the only video that i've ever seen that talks about where specifically to aim when placing the piston. truly a lifesaver

For the one at 3:25... a) it works beautifully b) if you're doing it at the start of a world and don't have great armour, place 2 more obsidian in line parallel to the redstone dust, making a row of 3 branching off the one in the video. I did it with unenchanted full iron with the extra 2 obsidian and didn't take any damage.

hm, i tried a more easier version of the setup with a cmd block placing a piston facing down right when the tnt was about to blow up(1.13.2)and it worked in one place, but when i move the setup like 1 more block towards west the setup didnt work. ik that a lot of setups are directional, but ive never seen any of them being locational. am i doing smth wrong or is it an actual bug in 1.13.2?

I needed to break bedrock at max build height from underneath, and that one is exactly what I needed for that. Just had to use the crawling mechanic and place it so it'd face upwards rather than down.

is hilarious how the last one was in "easy methods" video...

@@sconzi2582 you need 16 ancient debris for a full set of netherite armor. Use the bed explosion trick (or the TNT dupper method) and you will get more than enough.

Fantastic, thanks! Just used the first method in 1.16.5. I really appreciate in the first video you suggesting "g" as the right click and to practice in another world first. Took me a couple tries to get my placement/timing right, but now it works like a charm consistently.

6:10 don't have diamond pickaxe to mine obsidian? No issue, ray has you covered, go live your dream of breaking bedrock anyway

The only one that using lava lake as nether portal is a speedrunner.. why would a speedrunner breaking a bedrock?

@@octobsession3061 I mean, if you're planning to get onto the bedrock roof before diamonds because you have bad luck with mining? I'd still say that getting some obsidian for a portal anyway is always a good idea if you're going on top of the nether. (Easy to get stuck)

Thanks for your tips. Worked very well. For me was the time a little bit short between flippin the lever for the tnt and crouching and spamming "right-click". So i set up a redstone torch with redstone and several redstone repeaters on maximum delay. With this contraption i could crouch next to the piston and flippin a lever right next to me and only needet to look to the left and was in the correct position to spam "right-click".

@@Thegayzay you may not like the clickbait, but that's how a thumbnail needs to be. The vast majority of youtubers use a mildly clickbaity thumbnail. I get that a really clickbaity thumbnail is annoying, but it's very hard to succeed on youtube without minor levels of clickbait

@@biblebot3947 He has confirmed multiple times that it wasn't any common method of update suppression, and that it used a trick that he does not believe anyone else has discovered/documented publicly thus far.

The method from 6:10 worked for me in survival 1.18.1 (jan 7th 2022) - 2º attempt after changing the right mouse button to a keyboard key.

I like how some people r so great at "thinking out of the box"

I used the method at 5:47 and was getting pretty frustrated, until I did quite a number of dry runs with no TNT. Turns out my accuracy on placing the piston in the correct orientation (for me, down) was crappy, making it fail a lot. Once I was able to reliably place the new piston in the correct orientation, it worked very well.

Not related to the video, but using kelp to make more water sources works in the nether. So you could theoretically flood your nether if you can manage to get ONE water source placed down there.

It works on 1.16.4 single player. But I've failed to recreate it on multiplayer (private server).

So I have been playing in superflat. I can't get coral fans. Is there a way to make this auto breaker with a tnt super that does not use the fans?

tried the one at 4:00 and it worked first try! (i'm still getting used to KB/M so was a surprise lol)

The one at 7:04 (upwards design #2) works perfectly in 1.18.2 for my use case in a test world in single player, but unfortunately not on my server. Upwards design #1 wasn't working for me at all (the piston was always on the ground where the trapdoor was, not on top of the trapdoor). Any tips for me to make it work on a server? Will it even work on a server? I've tried it at least 6 times on the server with no success, but in the singleplayer test world it was first try each time. I know that some designs might not work on a server because of latency and ticks etc., but I was hoping that your designs would work since you've talked about a server too. So... do you have any tips for me to make it work? Or do you have any updated designs for breaking upwards by any chance? I'm already searching for hours for any upwards designs, since this is a very special use case, and now I feel a bit defeated D:

5:02 the two TNT are exploding at different time in my world first one causing the trapdoor to blow up so I cant spam click for the second TNT, please help.

I got the world download and for the last machine the tnt duper doesnt seem to be working. I pushed the rail in and put the wall there but it just isnt duping the tnt. The only other thing I did to it was remove the obsidian and start it how you showed in the vid

We reached the point where we made a machine that breaks the unbreakable blocks automatically. Just what exactly awaits us now?

In bb7 (first breaking upward) is there some reason for having a trapdoor rather than a slab to spam?

@@RaysWorks But you can stand to spam a slab instead of crouching for a trapdoor. I tried it in the downloadable world and it worked first time. Was I just lucky?
