Asam Pedas Ikan 所需材料
新鲜鱼 Ikan kembong / 文冬鱼 / 马鲛鱼 / 色拉鱼 / Kampung鱼
搅碎香料:干辣椒 红葱 蒜头 生姜
其他香料:姜花 Kesum叶
材料:番茄
调味:Asam Jawa(罗望子)盐 白糖
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Bentong fish
2. Tomato, cut smaller
3. Ginger flower, cut smaller
4. Daun Kesum, a small bunch cut shorter
5. Asam Jawa 50g, mix with water
Chilli paste ingredients
1. Dried chilli 6pcs, soak till soft
2. Red onion x2, cut smaller
3. Shallots x2, cut half
4. Garlic 2 cloves cut half
5. Ginger small piece, sliced
6. Little water
Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Sugar little
Method
1. Blend the chilli paste ingredients and stir fry with oil till oil extra and colour changed darker.
2. Add seasoning and mix well. Add asam jawa and bring to boil.
3. Add ginger flower and daun kesum and simmer for 10-15min.
4. Add fish and tomatoes and cook for 2min or cook.
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕

老师, 姜花 和 kesum 叶可以吃的吗?还是煮好取出来。我煮的没有这两种食材,不过我有加黄姜和一点巴拉煎。 :)

马来西亚人很喜欢姜花。我们叫Bunga Kantan。如果你有吃过马来西亚的Assam Laksa 你就有吃到这姜花。马来西亚人喜欢加剁碎的姜花在Laksa上。超香超好吃!
