    Can you make a posting toproll setup tutorial? Like from a POV perspective, every advantage you can get, fundamentals to focus on outside and inside the straps? Would love to see it!

    Holy shit, been doing that thumb variation, insane feel and it really is hitting that bottom part. Excited to grow it because its basically the same as shrinking my opponents fingers lol.

    Interesting ideas buddy, pinch strength is not really important for armwrestling, but keep crushing whatever you do! 💪

    Hi Chris, great video! I'm quite new to your channel so forgive me if you covered this in a previous video but what do you think about training the dorsal interosseus of the index finger? (Finger abduction). It seems like a good option to me to pursue hypertrophy there as well.

    Hi, love your channel. One question and maybe video idea: Im doing the devon larratt riser lift exactly like he does and its literally my arm failing, i never had my wrist drop in training or on the table. Its a similar situation with my pronation. Isolated full range( no elbow flexion, arm supported on a table etc.) i can pronate way too much compared to my pronation lift( i know people who do about the same isolated but have a way stronger pronation lift) Probably this is a bit unusual but it sucks lol, especially since my arm is what ive been training the longest(from training before i started armwrestling) so its gonna be hard to get better elbowflexion..

    I'm in a similar position, and everybody has certain proclivities, but there are things you can do. People respond differently to different types of training, even different muscles on the same person, even different types of lifts for the same muscles. I know I respond well to low volume, high frequency isometrics (around/up to 30 sec holds) and eccentrics, and I've figured out which lifts work best (but mostly are most fun, for me to keep consistent and track progress).

    Your video is really good and useful. I have a question that needs your help. I want to ask how to train the side press of the posting top roll style. And when we don't have a table, can we practice side pressing with just cable?

    Hey chris whats your opinion on pronation? Should we train it by isolating it with dynamics from different angles and same with statics from different angles? And changing handles, grip etc. And then train biceps separately with curls and static lifts, rather than e.g being limited by pronation on pronation lifts,so this fully maximize development

    First time on a table was 11/3/2018. I guess the proudest moment is probably when I first got put on the North American rankings but tbh the coolest things I’ve done are off the table or at least out of competition.

    Hello Chris, I have a question and I believe so many others also have this same question. IS THERE ANY WAY TO ISOLATE PRONATOR MUSCLES❓FOR HYPERTROPHY. there are many ways to train it isometric but what about building muscle size which will further transfer in ISOMETRIC training 🤔❓.

  • @ChrisDrummondAW

    Basic full range pronation exercises. Don’t half-ass the stretch or the full contraction (must go past neutral) - you’ll use way less weight than you think you would need.

    @@ChrisDrummondAW when I do pronation exercise, I usually do first set in 20-30 reps range and keep weight same for rest of the sets, but I face a problem. ~ when I go full range my ECU tendon pops out and wrist joint also feels unstable even in higher reps range (20-30), my wrist got injured about 1 year ago and now their is no pain but this problem while training pronation.

    Will this help pronate against someone with a massive hand?

  • @ChrisDrummondAW

    @ChrisDrummondAW

    Every bit helps but don’t get in the mindset of pronating somebody’s hand open. Think about simply maintaining pronation and pulling the match to you and away from them.
