My dear I am 60 years old, have been taking yoga for last 30 years or so. I have been trying out your yoga poses. Recently developed a back pain on the left side hip. It becomes less after doing stretches and surya namaskar, but comes back in the night. Slight pain when i turn on my bed. Whatever yoga I am trying it is refusing to go away. Is there any good pose you can suggest.

എനിക്ക് back pain 7വർഷം ആയിട്ട് ഉണ്ട്, daily ഏത് exercise ചെയ്യുകയാണെങ്കിലും മൂന്നോ നാലോ ദിവസം അവിടിവിടെ വേദന വരും, but പിന്നീട് എല്ലാ വേദന കളും വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞു വരും, ഇത് എന്റെ അനുഭവം ആണ് ട്ടോ
