@@CoatiMundiWorld Its cool. I didn't know that u gus were still in action. I was still a youngun but I was old enough to remember 'Im a Wonderful Thing' - it got alot of airplay on the R&B stations at that time. It was the jam, everbody was into it. Then years later I saw the Endicott video but there wasnt any airplay. Back then it was hard to keep track of artists with just the radio & magazines since there wasnt any internet. You guys have a excellent, unique sound & great musicianship. Btw, one of the MV eps that u were in > the scene with u & Tubbs greeting was classic! Yes I am a big MV fan. Thats one of the reasons the show was so great bc it gave so much exposure to fun, interesting ppl like u. Plus u are a cutie. 😉 Ill be catching up on the music that I missed from u guys & Ill check out the link. U all definitely deliver. Great to know that there is still REAL music around. @Coati Mundi, Right back at you Mate, this is fantastic! It very much was not what I was listening to in the 80s. But quality stands the test of whatever time throws it's way, and this is outstanding. It sacks up today, just as well as it ever did. I suppose because Salsa never really caught on as a "chart topping pop genre" here, it manages to transcend all those boxes people liked to tick, before they committed to being a "fan" (back then especially) of something .To be honest, it doesn't even sound dated today, and there's not a lot of 1980s music you can say that about. Sweet as a nut.

COATI MUNDI I should've gone into your guitar player's second career in my retirement. You can't go wrong financially in trading firewater. Plan B: Write a Christmas song, like August Darnell, then my grandbaby's grandbabies could eat off of my composition. Where are you based out of, now, Andy? Are you still in NYC? And why did I think that that Kid Creole SNL performance had some FZ and the Mother's involvement? It's possible that I just melded two kick ass performances in my mind, I suppose?
