Dear mitèra, Kalimera! I finally found a recipe like god commands. I am an Italian cook but I also love Greek cuisine. Here, on youtube, I saw others cooking baked chicken with cumin and oregano, then they cook onion, garlic, peppers and add chicken. Then they make a béchamel sauce with olive oil and mix it all together, adding feta, parmesan, gouda, thyme. Then take the pasta 2-3 sheets at a time and put a lot on

I’m Mexican American and I love cooking international food, I make gyros with gyro meat from scratch and my gyros come out better then our local gyro place, I’m going through a face that I want to cook with phyllo dough and watching videos such as your makes me want to try everything!!
