I made the chicken pie for my birthday. It was the star of my menu. I used to make only with chicken and white sauce. I never really like it. My kids did. The veggies and herbs give another dimension to the pie and it tests and looks delicious. Thank you.

I have to order my phyllo dough online because rural towns are rural... Thank you for having this channel, Akis. I miss this food. 50 miles to get a baklava. 100 miles round trip

Akis Kitchen this seems so yummy but I have a question please: the stuffing was hot before adding the eggs, doesn't that cook the eggs, scramble them?
