I love you for this. So my hip flexion is about 120 degrees in my left leg and about 90 in my right. However, it is my left hip that has the “dancers hip injury.” Idk what to do. I think there’s a joint issue in the knee where all this pain is stemming from. Honestly the hip joint, knee, and ankle. I feel that I’ve been careful not to do too many tricks on pole and increased my yoga with lots of hip openers. Could it be any other part of the hip? Also, I still can’t invert either…frustrated with my legs right now

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that, that sounds so frustrating! Honestly, it could be so many things. If you can get in with a physio for a 'hands-on' assessment, they'll be able to help you pinpoint what's going on and give you the right exercises you need - firstly to move pain-free again, and then to restore that range of motion! ❤️ If you don't have anyone locally you can go to, let me know and I can send you the details of our physio here - she does run online appointments! x
