😂 The skeleton! 🤣 Thanks B&B. Bought your muscle massage gun this week from your UK store on Amazon. Thanks for making them available over here and saving me hours of trawling reviews trying to find the right one. My hubby is a c3/4 incomplete tetraplegic with spasticity and high muscle tone and this has really helped relax off some muscles in his hands/arms/pecs/shoulders. Wish we had had it years ago. Hoping it will help with my sciatica too. I have got weak hips from long covid (inactivity) and stomach ulcers (leaning forward and to one side for months). I can’t bend down without keeping my one leg straight for support. I’m 43! Slim. Maybe it’s menopause. But my hips kick out occasionally recently like you have shown. I Defo need to do some work on that. Thank you so much from me and my husband!

Bob & Brad I have a question: I have been knock kneed all my life ; as far as I know, was born with the tendency. I'm a senior now with RA and OA ; I don't have hip pain but every other pain, especially my knees ( one in particular that is horrendous and swells daily ) My rheumatologist drains it now and then and I am on tons of intense meds include chemo for it all. My question is , can I DO something about being knock kneed ? The very first arthritis doc I had , told me that is why my knees were bad. But nobody else ever mentioned it or if it is fixable or at least can I strengthen supporting muscles for it.. I know my quads and hamstrings are weak and tight. probably everything below the knee as well.

I started having sciatica pain after posterior hip replacement. Your videos have made quite a difference, but now I find I’m a little off balance. I guess it was from favoring the leg on the side the sciatica is. Any suggestions as to exercises to gain my balance.

I know my right hip is weak, having injured it in a very painful manner seven years ago. I can't climb stairs without a lot of help (using the railing and my quad cane together). I do know I have to at least attempt to strengthen my hips---I'm only 68---because I don't want to go from a cane to a walker, or worse, become dependent on others to help me all the time. And I flat out refuse to get a 'stand-lift' recliner when I get my new furniture for my new apartment; I don't want to be dependent on something mechanical to get myself up when I can strengthen my muscles!

You can strengthen a weak hip by lifting the opposite heel when standing in place to place weight on the weak side.
