I absolutely love watching Pavlyuchenkova play because she has such clean ball striking. You can tell whoever taught her as a kid really gave her great tools in developing phenomenal groundstroke technique.

It would be nice if commentators learnt the correct pronunciation of the names at least of the top players. Kasatkina is "kah-SAHT-kina", very different from "KAH-zat-Kee-na", which she has been called by all commentators for no reason.

What does she call herself on the wta website? Early she used to call herself correctly and clearly. Then she changed the record, and it was something unintelligible.

Really love Anastasia’s groundstrokes. Her technique is stunning. One of my favorite players on the WTA!!! On the other hand 2:15 proves she’s a backboard. She doesn’t really go for winners she just gets the ball back. Not a fan of hers. You can win some matches but you can’t win tournaments like that.

A "pusher" with the brains and skills to pull it off! She had one (1) winner in that first set but still managed to win it! To have the skills to defend from wide stretches off the sidelines with sharply-angled cross-court slices EVERY TIME takes unbelievable skill (and intelligence). She's the ONLY one on tour right now with those assets.

I remember First seeing Pablo Chanka and thinking that she’s going to be number one in the world and that was 20 years ago almost yeah she still has the strokes but she just she’s a choker I mean that’s what it is I mean that’s you can’t really tell in thisthis so short video she’s like three hour 31 or whatever in the next thing you know it’s 56 and she’s done. How many errors did you have?

If you want to win on the court, you have to be aggressive. Dasha worked with her coach during the last months and her results have improved since the beginning of the year

Счёт по виннерам 40:9. У Павлюченковой баланс между выигрышными ударами и невынужденными ошибками положительный, у Касаткиной - отрицательный. Но победила последняя. Однако, матч получился классный с обеих сторон... Но, срывать злость на беззащитных и безобидных цветочках неправильно.

У Даши более оборонительный,у Насти-наступательный теннис,больше ошибок.Вот и результат в пользу Даши,хотя игра была равная.

I prefer women's tennis and live near Madrid, but on the website a lot of days say 'sold out' and on some of the days they are 200 euros or more. I'd happily go this week, but it's too expensive. Women's tennis is more cat and mouse, and the men's court coverage/defence is so good that there are fewer winners. I prefer the ladies, when they are not shrieking that is.
