Chilli paste (12 red chilli)
Salt 1.5 tbsp
Tomato 450grm
Curd 250ml
Water 800ml
Lemon 1
For Rice Boiling Water:-
Water 2.5 litre
Salt 2 tbsp

    @@bharathiparthiban7258 - Washing rice is a technique... If you wash rice well the uncook smell will not come. Follow the exact measurement, you will get awesome Biriyani.

    Seriously speaking bhai last year you were one of the main reasons I could stay in my room when my daughter and I was quarantined at home for corona.     We tried this recipe with slight modification (cooked mutton in cooker for 4 whistles) since we don't get soft mutton here in Canada. It turned out very well and everyone liked it. Thank you Jabbar Bhai!

    @@sundaramoorthysokkar3635 you were absolutely right bro. It was fantastic. Even after 4 whistles it was slightly rough only. Next time I need to cook the mutton a little longer. Aanaa taste vera level. I'm from vellore so I crave for a Good mutton biryani but in 4 years, this is the first time I made mutton biryani in Canada because we hardly get mutton here.

    Hi guys, thank you so much for this video. I am not a Tamil guy and can't understand what you said but after seeing your video, I have tried in my home and it was so tasty. One small suggestion: if possible then please add all measurements and procedure in English too with your video so other people also can put correct masala and cooked for correct time. Thanks again.
