Unity Basmati rice - 1/2 kg
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Water - 800ml
Cinnamon - little pinch
Clove - little pinch
Cardamom - little pinch
Chilli powder (or) Aachi kashmiri Chilli powder - 1tablespoon
Salt - 1tablespoon
Groundnut oil (or) refined oil - 100ml
Curd - 100 ml
Onion - 200grm
Tomato - 200grm
Coriander - half hand
Mint leaves - half hand
Green chilli - 2
Ginger paste- 50grm
Garlic paste - 25grm

    This Briyani is really good. It came out very well. Never expected this with only 3 spices. I didn’t want to take chances. So I boiled mutton along with adding salt, turmeric, and chilly powder separately, it did take some 12 to 13 whistles to cook nicely and I added the mutton cooked water in the Briyani while adding water and I added only 600 ml of water because mutton is already cooked ryt and cooked the masala for 10 mins before adding rice. Rest everything is as such. The taste is awesome. I like Briyani from Chennai and it matched exactly! Thank you bhai!!

    Sir, you are simply superb. Yesterday Sunday 8-11-2020. I prepaid the same biryani, sir, I followed the same steps which you have showed in the video and it came so well. I prepaid for 750 grams.     Jabbar Bhai recipe are like just blindly follow the given instructions and don't use your skills and the outcome is like WOW.... First time when i tried i did some tweaks and rice became dry. The second time just followed his instructions and timings and biryani outcome was the best.. Tasted better than the once i've eaten at restaurants...

I have used many other recipes and I have always had a problem with the rice and Mutton/Chicken getting stuck on the bottom of the vessel.     I tried this recipe today for the first time with mutton. It came out really well, I always make chicken biriyani in your style. I was so happy with the taste..exact marriage biriyani.. I pressure cooked the mutton with 3 whistle Nd then while adding water I measure the water from the cooker and then poured balance water and cooked mutton again for 10 mins and later did exact what he said.     We couldn’t eat good Chennai Biriyani in UK after we moved here but after looking at your video we did the egg Biriyani, chicken Biriyani and mutton Biriyani. We all loved your Biriyani. I came out amazing. All hail Biriyani.

    Enga appa unga video link anupinaaru. Asking to try. Usually I put too much masala. And powder. I put less onion and tomato thinking it will make it sticky. Always it will come yellow colour. Then today I did exactly as you said. I measured in kitchen scale and did step by step. Output was excellent bhai. Like shop Biryani.

    Anna i tryed this same quantity mutton Biryani really it came very well anna and the taste was awesome. My husband my father in law and mother in law liked very much.. thank you soooo much anna. Nejama solluren naan ethanaiyo channels pathu irruken but neenga sollura Ella recipeum came out well anna, once again thank you for this mutton Biryani anna
