    Walk daily (don’t stress too much), do all the house work with enough rest in between, meditate, listen to devotional music/bhajans all the time in the background, eat small amount of food several times a day, apply Dhanwantaran kuzhambu on tummy and lower back before bath, reduce salt in food.. u shud be fine..
