What??? nope completely dead alive right now! I just finished your workout video Taylor and cannot do anymore! Thanks for posting these workouts without jumps for I have a medical condition in my foot. Nonetheless, still have to manage to keep moving even though it hurts or else I'd get more blood clots again. Movement and Gods power and family is key for healing!👊🙏👍💪🥵

That was such a great burner of a standing only workout! I love it when there are workouts that are one level, you add in so much more burn when we aren't changing levels! I'm dripping in sweat
