Join me for a barre and pilates workout class, you need light weights and a pilates mat or gym mat. This workout is 30 minutes long and all standing. You won't be doing any floor work its an all standing barre and pilates workout. Looking for the best online barre workout? You've found me!
You will need: 1kg/2.2Ib weights or use water bottles.

    I have lots of injuries and somehow Abby's barre amd pilates workouts don't stress my injuries. I so appreciate these workouts
