Let's workout at home! Today's class is a 30 minute barre and pilates workout, today you need no equipment and this fitness class is full body toning with an infusion of cardio all levels welcome. You can do this full body workout at home and you need a pilates mat or soft surface. This workout has standing barre pilates elements and floor barre pilates elements.

I miss the 30 minute you tube workouts - but have to admit, these 25 minutes plus were killer! I am sweating buckets and the inner thighs are still shaking! Great workout.
