I did not intend to do this today as I was tired. It came on after I finished a 30 min Kundalini video with my daughter. I was rolling my mat and there it was. I started doing it and so did my daughter who really only does yoga,. As I was tired, I really only did half of this but I really was enjoying what I did. I am going to try doing these type of your videos on the days I do my ten hour shifts
