    Right at 6 minutes in I started having sever hamstring cramp in my left side; where I have a medical foot condition problem. However, I took a long 10 minute break and resumed back. My condition is a nerve related problem and movement is what I have to do to prevent having blood clots forming again. Thanks for posting these workouts!🙂👍

    Standing abs can be a great alternative for people who can`t do, or don`t like floor work. However, I think traditional floor abs engage your abs a lot more.

    Such a great way to tone, sculpt and get leaner muscles💪🦵💥 The slower controlled moves makes you really concentrate on the muscles being worked🤩 And it worked on balance & coordination which I don’t have much of 😅. However…I did not look as graceful and elegant as you did🤣
