I found your video about 3 weeks ago.I'm 55 and I'm over weight.I got osteoporosis and my joint was getting stiff.I get up 4:30 every morning and do 30 minutes of one your video.You got me motivated again.Covid was bad for me seem like I gave just gave up on exercising and left myself go.Also trying tread mill at night for 30 minutes.My joint starting feel stronger.Thank you

I've been trying to lose weight and improve my fitness for about 3 months now (24lbs down so far!) as part of my depression recovery. I've tried out a bunch of different workouts and exercise types in that time to find one that works for me. After coming across your channel a few weeks ago, my search is finally over! Your videos are so easy to follow yet leave you feeling like you've had a great workout. I'm always able to complete the entire workout which is so uplifting, and I'm never sore the next day either. I've previously worked out every other day, but now it's every day because your stuff is so much fun and I feel great afterwards. I'm already really feeling the benefit in both body and mind. I don't know how you don't have millions of subscribers because your content is pure magic. Thank you for what you do!

Another amazing (and sweaty) workout! You are so creative with the exercise routine. It feels like every workout is different, with new moves, so it doesn’t get boring. I also like the fact that you break the workout into parts without repeats. Once I make it through the first part, I know I can finish the whole workout :-)
