    Definitely didn’t feel like doing this after packing, dumping and raking 36 bags of mulch. I was tired and this woke my body up and stretched out sore spots. Thanks for another great one!

    Melanie, thank you for sharing your gifts as a Pilates practitioner and teacher. Your videos ‘meet me where I’m at’ with full-body workouts starting at ten minutes and practice-level options. You have facilitated a reconnection with my at-home Reformer, which went unused for 18 months, making me feel guilty and shame about my diminished practice level and competency.     Nice workout. You are sometimes difficult to understand. A microphone may help your words be clearer.

    Thanks Craig! I use a Sony lav hooked up to a Rode receiver, but I had an issue with my clothing catching on the mic periodically in this one, which created some distortion here and there. Appreciate the feedback 👍
