@BGK2223 - The cameramen are important, but they're not calling the shots. The mind behind the visuals is the video director. He knows the song, knows who is playing what parts, and directs the video engineer to switch between multiple cameras. Each camera man is wearing a headset, and the director sets up the shots, calling them in advance - "Camera 2, go wide and close on Jerry's dobro to pick up both hands...", so the shot is already there. Then, when Jerry's solo comes up, the engineer switches to Camera 2, and...ZAH! - it's right there. They probably had a chance to run through the tune in a sound and video check, so the cameramen and engineers already had a good idea what needed to happen during the show. With a director who knows the music, it all comes together and looks smooth and perfect, like in this video. But all of these guys are masters of their craft, and the best of them can do a great job on the fly if they have to.

I love country music. Alison krauss, ive loved her ever since i heard her voice in the song "when u say nothin at all" country music tells the most classic human experience stories ever, and so in less than 5 mins. The boxer, red dirt girl, Barbara allen, walk through the bottomland all are classic tales of the inconsistencies of life, love and loss, young people's ambitions that never come to be, finding courage in defeat when ur on ur knees finding the courage to get up and walk with your head held up high upon hells highway without no shoes. These songs are soul feeders to INFJ people, they feed the souls of deep feelers, people who have lived multiple lifetimes on this earth. Salute to yall country legends we appreciate u

That 'slide guitarist' is Jerry Douglas who plays in Union Station, Alison Krauss' s band. I watched a video on his guitars he plays and they are very, very special instruments as well. His biggest asset is his feel for how many notes are required in each bar - sometimes one or two, sometimes a high-speed run of notes. Pick up the album "New Favorite" by Alison Krauss & Union Station and you should love every tune thereon. ;--)
