I'm definitely getting this. I've had the RS 660 for a few months, and have been looking for an exhaust solution without compromising the stock look which I really like! Sounds great!

@@Paulito1933 depends on your local dealership, but most likley yes. That's why I have not tuned it yet. If I have some leak or somthing that looks like I can't handle myself, I will throw stock back on, and take it in

Try the exhaust from motobox. Put mine in yesterday and it's definitely worth it. Sound wise it's similar to stock bur more refined and louder. Also torque is smoother and come on a bit more on low end.

How many miles have you put on the bike with this exhaust?

Sounds really good and build quality looks good to be fair, only thing that concerns me about these types of exhaust is the fuelling may be affected due to the change in back pressure which could cause engine damage to running lean. Have you considered getting it mapped to the exhaust?

if you wanna keep the stock look, you shoul definetelly look at motobox exhaust, altough this exhaust looks great too

Hi! How has it been holding up to date? I really like this exhaust - the sound and the look are exactly what I was searching for. Also, Motobox offers three different exhaust levels. Which level would you say is closest to this AliExpress exhaust? I want to determine if I need a tune-up and whether I can take it to my local tuner instead of purchasing a Gabro upmap. Last question 😅: How does the throttle feel after installation? Thanks a lot for your video and your responses.

holding up great, love it more and more every time I ride it. The pipes are turning blue also in spots, love it. I have never heard a motoblox in person, but they are charging wayy to much for what they do, so I skipped it. Tune is tricky I am currently running no tune, and my friend got the same exhaust, and he tried a few tunes, and they made it run worse, there is no tune for the ali last time I checked, maybe there is now? but if you can get it tuned locally, that is the best option, always. And, it is not tuned, did it gain power? I doubt it, did it lose power? none that I can feel. I would like to ride a stock 660 now that I am used to it to see if I notice a difference.

@DrGilfberg I really don't want to pay for tuning. The motobox chanel indicated that any exhaust with the catalytic converter doesn't necessarily need a tune, unlike a straight pipe exhaust. I was wondering if this exhaust has a catalytic converter? I contacted the seller, and it seems he doesn't know what either of those are and keeps repeating the area of the exhaust that seems like a smaller catalytic converter is a "backpressure." Do you have some ideas what he wanted to say? Sorry, I'm not so knowledgeable in the exhaust part, just some basic knowledge for my personal use. Thank you again.

@@mahanghorbani523 I was always told the removal of the cat means you need a tune. The cat is what is restrictive, and what the bike is setup to run. The muffler is not restrictive...at all. to answer your questions.. 1. it has no cat, but does have a large muffler. 2. To see the benefits (other than sound) you will need a tune. People say (with no proof) that without a tune, you cause damage to engine, but in my opinion, that is not true on this bike. The reason they say this is you have more flow with an exhaust without a cat, so more fuel is needed. Older bikes dont have o2 sensors, so they do not see that more fuel is needed, so they run lean. I will say most bikes with o2 sensors (660 for sure) compensates and adds fuel with more flow... how do I know? my o2 sensor came out of one bank. When this happened it caused my bike to run super rich! I mean super rich. Smelled like gas, and I went through a half tank of gas in my 20 mile ride home to fix it. on the 660 the o2 sensors do what they are intended to do! So in my opinion (not fact, make your own judgment or research) a tune is not needed if you are not looking for performance, and only the sound, like I am currently. When I want more power, I will get a "real" exhaust and a off the shelf tune, as there is currently no off the shelf tune for the ali-exhaust, and I have no tuners in my area for this bike. If I had a tuner, I would not swap out this system. The look is perfect, I would like it to be a tad louder, but its a good enough.

@DrGilfberg you are right from my research, because the only issue I found with not tuning when it comes to damaging the exhaust is the fuel to air ratio which I was kinka questioning myself how rs660 with a o2 system can't balance this out. I'm sure a race ecu, for example, will change the fuel to air ratio for better performance, but who knows if that keeps the engine healthier not. I also heard that BMW s100r0rr doesn't need a tune at all. It ajust itself on any condition. I'll look more into it and see how much it ressembles to the rs660 and I'll let you know. Thank you again.

Hi, how is it going with this exhaust after 3 months ? I'm interested by it but I'm afraid it could damage the motor by affecting the air/fuel ratio, any thoughts on this ? Thank you for the video !

I don't remember if I mentioned how many miles on the video.. but I am over 5k now, so I assume I have put over 1k miles on it since. Still amazing, and it is starting to turn blue, looks soo good. I keep getting asked questions, so I will make a follow up video soon

oh sorry.. as far as air fuel ratio, to get the power this exhasut will unleash, you should get a tune yes... as far as damaging your engine as is... I am not going to give you advice! as I dont want to be responsible if something happens to your engine...that being said, I run it with no tune currently. I have had zero issues, and no check engine light. I have done many long hard pulls back to back..with no issues. This bike has duel 02 sensors that check and adjust fuel, and they go plenty rich when needed. I ran it with one 02 sensor out, and it ran super rich, as the 02 adjusted it for not seeing air...so on my bike, I dont see any reason to worry about engine problems...on your bike...who knows

It's everywhere...ebay, Amazon..I ordered it from Ali express. Just search rs660 exhaust. On Ali it showed it as 200 bucks with 100 shipping

@@davidfdez308 honestly, love it more everytime I ride it. Probably put 2k miles on it so far. I heard a mivv over the weekend. Mivv is deeper and wayyyyy louder. Makes me feel like the aliexpress is the right choice for this bike.

Can anyone tell me how loud this exhaust is in dB?
