  Hello mate. Good video, glad someone spent the time to do this. Have a few questions. I have a tiple 10" set up where two subwoofers are passive and a built in amp. If i am hearing you right, did you just tap into the wires that were going to the built in ford amp? If so, can you confirm what colour isthe signal wire? Also what did you use to transfer the wires to RCA? Stevie

  Why not just happen to the door speakers a lot easier than pulling all that stuff off pull off the door panel pull the speaker out and splice into the speaker in the rear run the wire through the rubber grommet then you’re done instead of pulling your whole radio or dash out

  to get to the OEM sub harness is soo easy! way easier than the door trim. The car has a plastic pocket that pops right out, and you can get to the harness for the oem sub. WHen I recently removed it, it took me less than 1 minute to access and remove.

  @@densetsu_vegas have a 17 SEL unfortunately I had to tap into the left rear door speaker because it didn’t have a factory Sony sub. I did just for laughs and giggles pull that out and checked to see maybe there was a wire there that looked similar to yours but nope since the amp wasn’t installed no wire harness there just blank. FYI running speaker wire in that boot on the left rear door can be very tricky it’s a tight spot and have to be very careful since there is a plastic grommet that all the wires connect to.

  @@densetsu_vegas I just hate finding a good spot low enough on the firewall to keep the wire low enough under the dash to easily pull through. I have always just run the wire along the frame rail and come up in the trunk. I know. It is a horrible thing to do, but like I said, I hate the firewall

  2wheels2dudes channel has a dyno of this exhaust with a AFR chart. If I remember correctly it will definitely need a tune.

  Holding up amazing, turning blue...love it. GOnna make a vid of all my ali express mods soon haha. NO map, have not been able to find one, but bike has 9k on it now, so about 5k miles on it, no issues.

  Suggestion: If you plan to make a video of the sound while riding, wrap your phone in two socks and put it in your pocket. It will eliminate the wind noise and we could only hear the exhaust. Thanks a lot.

  Hi! How has it been holding up to date? I really like this exhaust - the sound and the look are exactly what I was searching for. Also, Motobox offers three different exhaust levels. Which level would you say is closest to this AliExpress exhaust? I want to determine if I need a tune-up and whether I can take it to my local tuner instead of purchasing a Gabro upmap. Last question 😅: How does the throttle feel after installation? Thanks a lot for your video and your responses.

  holding up great, love it more and more every time I ride it. The pipes are turning blue also in spots, love it. I have never heard a motoblox in person, but they are charging wayy to much for what they do, so I skipped it. Tune is tricky I am currently running no tune, and my friend got the same exhaust, and he tried a few tunes, and they made it run worse, there is no tune for the ali last time I checked, maybe there is now? but if you can get it tuned locally, that is the best option, always. And, it is not tuned, did it gain power? I doubt it, did it lose power? none that I can feel. I would like to ride a stock 660 now that I am used to it to see if I notice a difference.

  @DrGilfberg I really don't want to pay for tuning. The motobox chanel indicated that any exhaust with the catalytic converter doesn't necessarily need a tune, unlike a straight pipe exhaust. I was wondering if this exhaust has a catalytic converter? I contacted the seller, and it seems he doesn't know what either of those are and keeps repeating the area of the exhaust that seems like a smaller catalytic converter is a "backpressure." Do you have some ideas what he wanted to say? Sorry, I'm not so knowledgeable in the exhaust part, just some basic knowledge for my personal use. Thank you again.

  @@mahanghorbani523 I was always told the removal of the cat means you need a tune. The cat is what is restrictive, and what the bike is setup to run. The muffler is not restrictive...at all. to answer your questions.. 1. it has no cat, but does have a large muffler. 2. To see the benefits (other than sound) you will need a tune. People say (with no proof) that without a tune, you cause damage to engine, but in my opinion, that is not true on this bike. The reason they say this is you have more flow with an exhaust without a cat, so more fuel is needed. Older bikes dont have o2 sensors, so they do not see that more fuel is needed, so they run lean. I will say most bikes with o2 sensors (660 for sure) compensates and adds fuel with more flow... how do I know? my o2 sensor came out of one bank. When this happened it caused my bike to run super rich! I mean super rich. Smelled like gas, and I went through a half tank of gas in my 20 mile ride home to fix it. on the 660 the o2 sensors do what they are intended to do! So in my opinion (not fact, make your own judgment or research) a tune is not needed if you are not looking for performance, and only the sound, like I am currently. When I want more power, I will get a "real" exhaust and a off the shelf tune, as there is currently no off the shelf tune for the ali-exhaust, and I have no tuners in my area for this bike. If I had a tuner, I would not swap out this system. The look is perfect, I would like it to be a tad louder, but its a good enough.

  @DrGilfberg you are right from my research, because the only issue I found with not tuning when it comes to damaging the exhaust is the fuel to air ratio which I was kinka questioning myself how rs660 with a o2 system can't balance this out. I'm sure a race ecu, for example, will change the fuel to air ratio for better performance, but who knows if that keeps the engine healthier not. I also heard that BMW s100r0rr doesn't need a tune at all. It ajust itself on any condition. I'll look more into it and see how much it ressembles to the rs660 and I'll let you know.   I recently added a rockford fosgate p300-10t sub to my 2019 Mustang Ecoboost. I tapped into the rear deck speakers. When playing music via usb cable with Android auto, everything sounds amazing. Now heres my issue. When i goto SiriusXm radio or fm radio. It sounds like im back on my regular factory speakers and no sub sounds. Im puzzled. I did buy forscan to disable the ANC. Just haven't done it yet. As im on my work schedule. The signal is spliced from the rear deck to sub. But no sub sounds on radio, only via Android Auto. Even though the signal coming from the same place. Very strange. Wondering if you had any insight? Thanks

  @DrGilfberg once I disabled the ANC with Forscan. All is working now. Android auto still sounds better. As the radio and satellite radio still sound not as punchy. But that could be a sub setting not right. I haven't investigated that.

  Feels exactly the same. Somone I know put an out of the box tune for a different exhaust and it made it quite slower. But just exhaust, no tune it feels the same.

  It does not. That might come with a tune, this is stock tune. When slowing down in gear, under 3k it does a lil pop.

  Yes to all. It's quite louder, espically in higher rpm. I am wanting a louder system now, that will annoy the neighbors, but I have not switched, because I feel this system sounds better than others. I really wanted a mivv, but that makes it sound like a Harley to me, while this system just sounds better. While on the bike it is pretty loud, but off the bike its not bad at all. For sure worth the money.
