Absolutely Lemmy. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend a video by the band Sabaton, a cover of a Motorhead (Lemmy's band) song called 1916. It's a sad song, but really well done, and the video really packs a punch.

Almost every Friday night after we got our allowance we would go buy a bunch of pizza, snacks, and sodas and just watch this movie on repeat for a few hours. So glad you found this treasure! 🤟 The Lone Rangers are fantastic! Brendan was the supreme himbo of the 90s, Buscemi is pure rocker chic, and quiet Adam Sandler is so much funnier than loud Adam Sandler 😅 Throw in Chris Farley (RIP), Harold Ramis (RIP), Michael McKean, Judd Nelson, David Arquette, Ernie Hudson, a rockin soundtrack, and this is an underappreciated gem for sure.

Edit: I just looked through the video list on your channel, and it looks like you haven't done Blast From the Past yet. I would have to say Harold Ramis is my favorite cameo. I remember watching Airheads for the first time in 2008 and thinking “Why haven’t I seen this sooner?!” it’s a great movie with a stacked cast. Brendan Fraser is just a terrific actor and great in everything he does, he has range. I would definitely recommend any Brendan Fraser film you haven't seen. It is a joy watching your reaction, and always fun when you release a new video. Some more movie recommendations: “This is Spinal Tap” (1984) “Tank Girl” (1995) “Empire Records” (1995) *best if watched before and released around or before April 8 (It’ll make sense when you watch it)

"I'm average and screwed up enough that I might just write a song that will live forever. And then it's all going to be worth it." Fun Fact: Rex (Steve Buscemi) is wearing a t-shirt from the Roadkill Cafe in McLeod, Montana. Music Enthusiast Fact: The Lone Rangers' hit single Degenerated (1984) is actually a song by 1980s punk group Reagan Youth. Casting Notes Fact: This is the second film where Brendan Fraser and Amy Locane were love interests. The first being School Ties (1992). Tapped Out Fact: Ian (Joe Mantegna) mentions to Milo (Michael McKean) that if it's too loud, you're too old. Michael previously played the lead singer of Spinal Tap in This Is Spinal Tap (1984), which was described as the loudest band in England. Cameos Cameos Fact: Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister, of the band Motörhead, is the "School Magazine Editor" in the parking lot. Lemmy's image also appears on the wall of Palatine Records during the opening sequence. Mike Judge called the radio station while Chazz (Brendan Fraser) is giving away tickets. "Stuttering John" Melendez from The Howard Stern Show (1990) is billed in the credits as the "masturbating" rocker. Ernie Hudson plays the Police Sergeant. Harold Ramis played the cop who posed as a Capitol Record executive. Rob Zombie, Phil 'Philo' Buerstatte, Sean Yseult, and Jay Yuenger are members of the metal band, White Zombie.

Not-fun-trivia-fact: The actress who played Brendan's girlfriend, Amy Locane, is currently in prison for being responsible for a fatal DUI crash. She was originally released after only a few years, but an appeals court ordered her back to prison saying her original sentence was too lenient and outside the norm for a crime like hers (original judge gave her a light sentence because she had two small children). She now will have to serve eight years.

I have a suggestion... Mr. Frost (1990) starring Jeff Goldblum. If you've ever wanted to see Jeff play a really creepy, charming but kinda evil character then this is the film for you. His performance is a bit unnerving.

These guys were already climbing the ladder, but this movie gave them a big boost and put their careers on the fast track. You know these guys had a blast making it. Amy Locane was in a few other movies, but Nine Siemesko (sp?) started out promising in some other roles but then seemed to disappear sadly. One of the best scenes was Chris Farley ripping off the nipple ring, which now I feel so tempted doing when I see one. LOL

Don't take hostages! This wouldn't work in real life! Because of the *Son of Sam Law.* The Son of Sam law says criminals aren't allowed to profit from their crimes. It's mostly intended to prevent convicted felons from making money off the sale of memoirs about and movie rights to their deeds, but it would apply in this situation as well. Any money the Lone Rangers make playing music in the United States would, by law, have to go to their victims (the hostages they kidnapped). (I should note, though, that many countries don't have a Son of Sam law, so they could still make money as professional musicians there.) EDIT: Oh, and as criminal partners, they would never be incarcerated in the same institution. So they wouldn't be able to put on a show like that at the end because they would each have been sent to different prisons.
