Today I'm implementing some of the feedback I've received over the last 3 episodes of our Dewy del Mar series in Cities: Skylines II!
We'll fix basic errors, improve port visuals and route connectivity, and continue to expand our road layout into a new district, Paradise Hills. Finally, we'll upzone our main avenue and start detailing it using the awesome Extra 3.0 mods.
If y'all have suggestions, keep 'em coming and I might incorporate them in a future episode!

Since this is a smaller and somewhat rural community, I think a manorial heritage site would be fitting. Something like an older more distinguished farm with maybe one of the signature low residential buildings, some older farm sheds, maybe an old barn and some vineyards. Basically a tourist destination.

Love your channel. One of my new favorites. One quick tip, with the zoning tool, if your road is already drawn, click on the “none” or “left/right” then click on the zoning tool button on the bottom and that will allow you to edit existing roads. If you choose an option BEFORE you draw your road then the road will draw without zoning based on your pick. Only other thing to keep in mind is if there is already buildings on the road, the tool has a safety feature and will NOT edit the existing road. Hope this helps! Keep up the great content.

Also, remember to lock buildings that you want to stay the same or don't want to despawn. That oil storage is on thin ice right now.
Thanks for answering my question. As before, like what you're doing. One thing to consider is keeping the running time to around 30 minutes. Allows your viewers to spend time in the game.

I'm starting to realize that haha, I don't even watch the full hour episodes from Infrastructurist and CPP. I think City Sculptor has a good cadence, if you haven't checked him out yet
If you hold alt key during node manipulation mode it basically acts like the 90 degree snap toggle when building roads. If you wanted the pedestrian path to the custom train station to be more straight.

The ports look good I like the way u designed it... it looks good to me u did a great job starting out on this city
Love the concept of the Vid and the way you think about your buildup!
Awesome episode man you should look at putting a large retail park on the outskirts of town just off the main avenue to service the region as a main supermarket would be good with leisure buildings around it 👍

You should remove street parking around you custom ones so people are incentivized to park in yours.

what mod do i need - i try to place the oil building in container yard and it comes up building condemned , and says its in the wrong zone or outside the zoning grid ?????????? what am i doing wrong
