Abs & Cardio TABATA FOR Beginners | 4 MIN Fat Burning Workout | At-Home Workouts!
What is Tabata?
Tabata is a workout that lasts four minutes only for one set, but it's likely to be one of the longest four minutes you've ever endured. The structure of the program is as follows:
* Work out hard for 20 seconds
* Rest for 10 seconds
* Complete 8 rounds
* 8 rounds(4 minutes) = 1 set
You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Do complete 3-4 sets of 8 rounds to burn maximum calories.
We have kept 8 different exercises on each round to keep the workout more interesting and fun. Our 4-minutes fat burning tabata workout routine looks like this:
1. Power Jacks
2. Russian Twists
3. Skater Taps
4. Crunches
5. Spidey Jumps
6. Scissor Kicks
7. Frog Jumps
8. Double Leg Thrusts
The pace in the video is shown for the beginners but you think it is easy for you then you can increase the pace. The goal is to keep the heartbeat pumping as high as possible. So follow the same routine with your desired pace. We bet it will challenge all of you guys as it definitely did challenge us.

I LOVE YOUR STUFF - Would love to use with my students (elementary school) but language in songs explicit. Can you try to make some CLEAN ones? They enjoy these as well!
I've watched two of their other videos, and I would say that they've improved significantly!! I really like how they preview the next exercise in the top left corner for you, and how the video is broken up into segments at the bottom now, so you can find the individual exercise better. These guys are doing good work...keep it up!!

We dont count reps in tabata and hiit. We go with full flow and give our 100% and try to get as many reps as we can. Thanks!

You can go for 3 times a week on an alternate days. So if you want to follow our workout on a weekly basis then try our new HIIT workout with this one. Moreover we will be uploading new weekly bodyweight workout split very soon so stay tuned,do subscribe and click the bell icon ☺️.

I agree with the comments about the language in the songs. I would like to share these workouts with my students, but I cannot because of the language in the songs. If you change the language, I can use them. But with all the swearing, I can't use them.
