#做TABATA間歇訓練時一定要注意的事
開始前,請必須做暖身運動和伸展操讓肌肉放鬆。
進行訓練時,最重要的就是時間,必須準確遵守運動20秒全力以赴再休息10秒的原則,運動效果才會顯著。
(為了影片美觀容易學習因此我們放慢了速度)
以這樣的方式進行8組動作,便能有像長時間運動般的燃脂效果。
就算只是勉強運動的人,只要在能力範圍裡用盡全力,也能達到效果。因此,建議間歇訓練要以「慢慢提高速度與次數」的方式來進行最好,在自己體力得以負荷的範圍內進行,比起勉強自己,量力而為才不會受傷。
還有,因為這是在最短時間內盡可能達到最大心跳速率的累人運動,若是容易罹患腦中風或是心臟麻痺的人,做這個運動很可能會發生危險。服用高血壓藥的患者,或是曾罹患腦中風或心臟麻痺者,在進行此訓練前,一定要先詢問醫生。

Terbaik la senaman tabata ni,mula buat 3 set je sekarang 6 set...ibu kepada 3 anak bersekolah mmg sibuk sangat...boleh buat ikut masa yang kita ada jadi taklah ketinggalan dan konsisten
My go to when I need to get back into the swing of things! I do about 10 sets back to back in the morning and then again at night. Works wonders!💪🏾

@Kendrick TAN At first I only do one of these each time I workout as a stretching warmup. Then I tried doing four (have to admit I did underestimate it a bit before) and I was sweating. Feels good.
This 2nd tabata i follow within 5min. Wow u really get sweat 💜💜💜🧡🧡💛💚💙💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

@@awatifhusna8135 I've no idea. Probably was 3kg, most of them REAL fat, but weight wasn't my main problem cause i was 70kg. ButI had a terrible belly and very bad physical condition and after 6 months, believe it or not i have abs and a completely different body shape. Ok, not 6pack but real abs made by me in my room, that's awesome and im proud for this. Don't think about it, just do it, especially if fat is your problem. Good luck and sorry for my shitty english 😂

Thank you so much for doing this! The first day I have done this my thigh hurts for one day. I did it in persistence for the second night and I almost can't climb to my bed due to the pain. Not only that, I can also feel the fat burning away in my thigh(which is very hard to make it slimmer than before just like the hips.) One suggestion will be: can you make a video that focus on the hip? Still, thank you so much for your video! Helps me save money from going to the gym! P.S doing this for the third night
