Further related tips: 1. When using Dynamic Project Switching you don't need to go to the menu. Just use the pulldown above the viewer to switch open projects. 2. As well as using folders, you can always create a new Project Library. This provides two different levels of organisation. Very handy. 3. I name project folders with an underscore prefix, so they are always first in the list.

Hey M. Alex. I tried organize some nice smart bin like you would like to do, based on "Scene" attribute. Is there a turnaround so that the markers created from a clip receive (and appear) into the corresponding smartbin ? Otherwise the only way to get a "marked selection clips" into a smart bin is to add a Keyword to it. Which is time consuming to mark 1 by 1...

Do you find that toggling some fusion effects on and off just makes the entire screen blank? It's quite annoying because you don't want to delete the effect to see how it looks off, as you've configured all the settings. Project switching I use all the time, but I use the arrow at the top, which makes it even quicker than going to the menu. Nice.

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the UI display scale of specific WINDOWS within Resolve? I know that sounds like a lot but it's actually DONE IT TO ME. My UI display scale was set to 200 because I use a 4K monitor and if I don't have that everything is minuscule, and I set it back to 100, so it was tiny, changed it to 150, still a bit small, went back to 200. But now, in the inspector, everything is HUGE... It's a pain for TITLES because it will make the preview of the title (where you type what you want the title to be) so big that you can't see very much of it as you type it. Somehow BEFORE I fiddled with this, I seemed to have the inspector at 150 but everything else at 200?

SMART BINS: Is there a setting/option to allow Bin drop downs to retain their size/position? I am sure I am saying it wrong but when I expand (up/down) the Bin area to the full/half page height, I end up having to manually resize the lower bins (Power & Smart) to see what is in them, even though the upper bin (Master) is displayed (oversized) with a lot of empty space. Someone help me explain, even I do not understand what I have written.

I can't for the life of me figure out if there is a way to do Fit to Fill without it retiming the source. Say I have a gap that is 5 seconds, I want to fill with B-roll. I could 4-point edit to mark exactly 5 seconds from the in point I want, but is there a way for DaVinci to just find the length I need to fill the gap? Like it auto pulls only 5 seconds into the gap? Fit to fill currently takes the In through Out of the source and retimes the clip to fill.
