This method of preparing pork tenderloin is very popular in my family. An inexpensive way to cook Beef Wellington, but no less tasty. The dough is saturated with meat juices, the meat does not dry out in the oven, and wonderful spices and additives make the taste of this dish unforgettable. It's a famous recipe. Which is prepared in five-star hotels. I got it from a famous chef in Spain and I liked it so much I had to try it. Few know this secret! For pork tenderloin for dinner, check out my recipe. Pork ribs recipe:
Salt Black and red pepper.
500 grams of pork tenderloin.
Spread the spices on all sides.
Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Fry the fillet for 2-3 minutes on one side.
Continue frying until browned on all other sides.
1 bow.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Salt Black Pepper.
3 cloves of garlic.
400 g yeast puff pastry (or regular puff pastry).
200 g of raw smoked bacon.
fried onion.
60-80 grams of grated cheese.
Place the pork fillet on top.
Wrap the meat tightly.
Fasten the edges.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the yolks.
Brush the entire roll with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 200°C (365°F) 40-55 minutes.
2 courgettes.
Salt. Mix well.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1 bulb.
1 carrot.
2 red peppers.
Remove the water from the zucchini.
Add zucchini and mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat!
3 eggs.
200 ml of milk.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
Salt Black Pepper.
100 grams of wheat flour.
Mix well.
Dill.
Pour the mixture and level it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Remember to let the meat cool for 10 minutes.

    Yep I always strip out the tendon. Its a great cut with many dishes to make from it. Big favourite of mine and relatively cheap too.

    Looks wonderful, but I would fry the onion and garlic in the oil I had browned the pork in to make use of the flavours from the meat.

    Few cuts in the dough will prevent it to inflate because of the steam, also can look nice if you create a pattern.

    I’m afraid it’s not going to be tender enough for many people especially those who wear dentures. You didn’t tenderise the meat which was a huge mistake. Sorry but I’m being practical and it could be so much better.

    @@terryhomman141 I'm not a fan of well done meat. The tenderloin was waaaaay overcooked. Some people don't care, but it's certainly not the right way to eat cuts like this. If I got this in a restaurant I'd send it back.

    the way that knife is used gives me chills. Some proper (and safe) knife practice would help. it looks great, however the tenderloin looks at least a bit dry (if not way over well done)

    So at first, I thought... wow - yet another take on Beef Wellington... but the more it progressed, the more I got into it. Sure - it's kind of/sort of the same thing(?) and yet, I have never seen anything like this done before. Besides, the almost quiche side dish to accompany that? I give kudos to the chef - this is something I definitely want to try in the future soon!

    not so sure that bacon is as tasty (or fat rendered) as it can be. Personally I would wrap the bacon and sear it also before it gets wrapped in the dough.

    Think I would pre cook the bacon some, its going to stay pretty fatty and greasy in the pastry if you don't, the whole meal will just slide out the end. Looks great aside from that, going to give it a try.

    I'm glad I skimmed through it. so really just uneventful. The only Plus is that you actually seared it before putting it into the pastry. The image shows the tenderloin going in uncooked into the pastry so what is that about. Take off the silver skin would be a huge step. Creating an even layer in the center of product i.e filling surrounding the pork tenderloin would also be a plus. So I give you a D- only because you seared the pork tenderloin only

    Your knife skills are frightening. Try using a sharp knife. How many bowls can you use on a simple dish? Try using a steak knife.
