Красиво, аккуратные, ровные кубики всех овощей, обжаренные и протушенные, мясо в тесте - тоже здорово 👍 Но, Боже мой, как же медленно!!! Автор, пожалуйста, не надо в следующий раз нарезать для видео каждую картошку/морковку/кабачок или перец в реальном времени! Каждая хозяйка сообразит, как это сделать. А от просмотра останется желание приготовить, а не раздражение медлительностью. Хороший же рецепт 🤝

Molto brava e tutto genuino e da un bel effetto sono di lecce

Хороший рецепт буженины. Моя мама научила меня делать буженину в тесте, только она делала окорок в обычном тесте, как для лапши или пельменей. Мясо в тесте получается самым ароматным и вкусным. Никакая фольга или рукава не дадут такого эффекта. Плюс слоёного теста и вырезки, конечно, в том, что вырезка очень быстро готовится, а тесто мягкое и сочное. Рагу из овощей - это по желанию. Можно и любой другой гарнир подать. Минус рецепта - очень длинное видео совсем для начинающих и не умеющих готовить. И нет чёткого описания рецепта в тексте. Мне было бы достаточно пары минут на чтение, чем 16 минут смотреть, как всё это нарезается и обжаривается.

I really enjoyed your video. Your presentation was done in a professional manner and was easy to follow. I owned and operated a bakery and catering service for twenty-five years. I saw your video and decided to recreate your meal. I prepared this dish for a small dinner gathering and was out of this world. I served a light salad, bread, and wine to enhance the meal. To end the meal I served homemade apple/pineapple pie with ice cream. Thank you for sharing your beautiful food presentation and outstanding meal. I plan to start doing videos and teaching authentic foods and desserts from Northern New Mexico. I will let you know when I start. My outside kitchen is going to be built soon. Es un plato de Reino Unnido no España, aquí es muy raro verlo se llama "solomillo wellington"

Should just put the herbs and spices together in a small bowl and mix them then sprinkle onto the board...much easier but maybe not as pretty. Look forward to trying this.

Creo que está receta no es de origen español,yo diría que alemán.No usamos tantas especias y queso .Demasiado laborioso,y el hojaldre no se suele cocinar a nivel casero.En restaurantes de varios tenedores si.El lomo lo hago a la plancha en cinco minut lo s.No me tengo que levantar de madrugada lo ara es te ar cinco horas cocinando.

Pues en Andalucía no se hace el solomillo wellington (plato inglés) no es normal, no es de España, el pisto si es habitual hacerlo y comerlo mínimo 2 veces por semana, lo bueno es que haces uno grande y te da para media semana jeje

Here in Ireland my mother always put a deep cut in the pork, filled it with a cooked stuffing of potatoes onions mixed herbs, sewed it up with twine and roasted it. Served it with carrots, parsnips and mushy peas. Loved it.
