I make it for a banquet, the guests love it! Simple recipe for spectacular dish!
So simple, yet incredibly delicious and spectacular. It's perfect for an Easter dinner or a warm family meal. So delicious your family will beg you to make it again. The recipe has no complicated ingredients and uses foods you can buy at your local grocery store. This is one of my family's favorite pork tenderloin recipes. Cook with love! Cook with taste!
Ingredients and preparation:
Pork fillet (approx. 600 g)
Pat dry with a paper towel to remove moisture
Cut off fat and silver skin
Cut the fillet in the middle as shown in the video
Now let's prepare the dry rub
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
Black pepper
½ teaspoon thyme
Sprinkle the meat on both sides with the spices
Rub with the spices and collect the rest from the board
Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fry the onion for 2 minutes
6 small mushrooms
Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry until browned
1 clove of garlic
Fry for another 30 seconds
Salt
A pinch of thyme
Black pepper
Scatter mushrooms and onions
50g cheese
110 grams of bacon
Wrap the pork tenderloin in bacon as shown in the video
Pin the thin edge of the fillet piece
4 potatoes
Cover with boiling water for 5 minutes
Pat dry with kitchen paper
Salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
olive oil
Black pepper
Stir and place on a baking sheet
Brush with the remaining spices
Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
Stir until smooth
Simmer until the sauce thickens (approx. 2-3 min. on low heat)
Set the grill to the highest setting (250°C)
Glaze the meat with the sauce
Bake another 3-5 minutes until browned
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes
50 grams of green onions
1 clove of garlic
100 grams of yoghurt
Salt
Black pepper
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
This sauce goes perfectly with the potatoes
A delicious dish for a festive table

Tonight I ate as though I went to a jolly good restaurant. Very well indeed !!! Baked Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with a generous Bacon Wrap and basted towards the end with an amazing and fragrantly sweet chili glaze. Served with Potato Wedges that were parboiled from the outset and then baked surrounding the meat. This meal will be repeated over and over again for sure in the future. This honestly was totally divine food to die for, from my Goddess of a Wife. Clearly this man is enchantingly content having devoured an amazing concoction of flavours never encountered in his 200 years on this bless'ed planet. @@catherinewicks139 We managed 4 plates of food. 2 using the wedges and the next 2 (leftovers for the next day) we used hand cut chips. Still jolly delicious :-)

I made this for supper last night and it was the most amazing stuffed pork tenderloin my husband and I have ever eaten, we both thought we went out to a 5 * restaurant and didn't leave the house. Just superb, its now mine, thanks for sharing.

Se ve exquisito,pero tendría un rato más al horno ,la carne de cerdo debe ser bien cocida .

Looks good with the filling! I'll do that the next time I roast a pork loin. A tip on wrapping the bacon is to put it on the roasting pan first, then the loin. Also go easy on the salt!
