This is one of my grandfather's many recipes that our family adores. I recommend you try it because it is incredibly delicious. Have fun cooking! Cook with love We are waiting for your comments.

Hello friends!
Cut 1 onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Welcome to our channel!
Cut 6 mushrooms.
How are you friends, I hope you are all doing well?
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper.
chop parsley
Simmer for another 2 minutes.
Let cool down.
500 g minced meat, salt, black pepper, 1 egg.
Friends, write, from which country do you see our videos?
Lay out a piece of foil and parchment paper.
Distribute the ground beef evenly.
Put the mushrooms.
200g cheese.
Rotate as shown in the video.
Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Cut 3 potatoes with a vegetable cutter as shown in the video.
Pour water and leave for some time.
Cut the onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Cut the carrot with a vegetable cutter.
Fry carrots for 3 minutes.
Cut 1 pepper.
salt, black pepper.
Drain the water from the potatoes and add the vegetables.
Cut onion springs.
Salt and beat 3 eggs.
Add 1 cup (250 mL) (8.5 fl oz), 200 g flour (8.8 oz), 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix everything together.
Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Place everything on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes.
Unwrap foil and bake at 180°C (356°F) for a further 10 minutes.
150 g cheese (5.3 ounces).
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for a further 10 minutes at 180°C.
Cut into portions and serve.
Add the crispy potatoes.

I'll try this tasty looking recipe but with a few adjustments. The cooked meat roll looked a bit tough so to the beef I would add about a cup of fresh breadcrumbs to give it a softer texture. We LOVE garlic so plenty will be cooked along with the fried onions and mushrooms. And because THYME and mushrooms are a marriage made in heaven, I'll throw in heaps of this wonderful herb to replace the parsley. Add the salt when first adding onion. Salt helps draw water from both onion and mushrooms; which is why we're cooking them... Caramelization is key to flavor
I'm in the United States. Seeing food prepared by other cultures interests me. I can taste the food in restaurants but seeing it prepared and contrasting methods with ours is a joy. Thanks for the videos

@@leesnow1382 There is always a snob and a negative person. If it "ain't Bob Evans, it is terrible." This is an outstanding dish and not expensive. Look at the carrot! Wish we could get those in that size! Haters will hate everything differently, even If it is a little different than German food, so what. We loved it. Who doesn't improvise a little? After I left the Marines as an officer, I went to culinary school. Have many personal fans. My Southern friends hate everything that is not deep fried, heavily salted, with gravy, and so on. That's fine. I make them what they want when they come to Dallas, but I don't eat any of it. I don't need LDL increases. Still, they are friends, so I give them what they want.

@@kimma508 its super easy, if you have an extra set of hands use em. because this recipe does require a bit of multi tasking unless you prep and do all the cutting before you start, and be careful rolling the meat because depending on how thick you spread the ground beef and how good of quality beef you have it will rip apart on you lol. i was afraid the meat was gonna stick to the parchment but it didnt for me

The problem is the titles are a lie. Every dish featured is so good it's either cooked daily, weekly, twice weekly, etc. In order for that to be true, her and every member of her family would have to cook several thousand dishes every day.
I'm in the US. I really enjoy seeing recipes from all over the world. I'll definitely try this one.

I would add a few breadcrumbs to the beef before filling to make it more tender and top the rolades with a rich brown sauce. Looks great, unique recipe.

I agree, @cheftomsd. Looks great, but first thing I thought when I saw the finished roulade was, "it needs au jus". Maybe even a gravy. Also, might substitute a zucchini frittata, for the side. Can't wait to give it a try.

In case anyone wants this written down: Mushroom and Onion Stuffed Beef Filling 1 onion - chopped 6 mushrooms - chopped Parsley - small bunch chopped 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Pepper 6 oz Cheese - shredded Meat 1lb Ground beef 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Pepper 1 Egg 1. Sauté onion for a couple minutes, then add chopped mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes 2. Add salt, black pepper, and parsley and simmer another 2 minutes and set aside to cool down 3. Combine ingredients for meat 4. Lay out foil with parchment paper over it 5. Spread meat mixture on parchment paper 6. Place mushroom mixture in a line down the center of the meat and cover with shredded cheese 7. Using the parchment paper, roll one side of the meat over the stuffing, then peel back the parchment paper 8. Using the parchment paper, roll the other side of the meat over the first, but keep the parchment paper in place, then lay the first side parchment paper over the roll, trying to keep it tight 9. Close up ends and roll foil over everything, twisting the ends like a sausage 10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes 11. Unwrap foil and bake another 10 minutes
