So simple, yet incredibly delicious and effective. This recipe is perfect for guests or a hot family meal. So delicious your family will beg you to make it again. The recipe has no complex ingredients and uses produce that can be purchased at your local grocery store. How to cook pork? This is one of my family's favorite pork tenderloin recipes. A simple recipe for a delicious and juicy pork tenderloin that anyone can cook. The main thing is to cook with love!
Preparation and ingredients:
700 g pork fillet.
Cut lengthways into strips.

Today I will show you a very tasty and juicy pork tenderloin recipe!
Cover with cling film.
Beat the meat a little on one side.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dried Garlic.

Place the bacon on the pork tenderloin.
Roll up the pork fillet with bacon.
Repeat after me as shown in the video!

Take 2 skewers.
Thread the rolls onto skewers.
I'm sure you will love this easy and delicious recipe!
Cut the rolls into 2 pieces.
Pour some vegetable oil into the pan.
Sear the meatloaf quickly on all sides over high heat.
This seals the meat and doesn't release any juices.
Place the fried meatloaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in an oven preheated to 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
A bunch of arugula (you can use any greens).
1 avocado.
Peel and dice the avocado.
Drizzle with lemon juice to keep the avocado from turning brown.
cherry tomatoes.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
A pinch of salt.
A pinch of black pepper.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven.
A quick and delicious dinner is ready.
Arrange the meat and salad on a plate.
Add some cheese to the salad.
Mmm...mm...yummy!

I just made this tonight and it is delicious! I forgot to pan fry it on both sides and just baked it for 20 minutes at 400 F. Then set the oven to broil for 3-4 minutes, turned the meat over and broiled the other side for 3 minutes. My husband is German and so he requested a sauce with his meat and I made mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. It was such a hit! Definitely will be making again.

I am viewing your videos in the US. Two days ago, I made these rollups for the first time. They were delicious! My only difficulty was in neatly rolling them. I think the bacon I used was a little too thick, and the filets were not uniform in width and length. Those are things I can improve upon. Otherwise, my wife and I enjoyed them very much. We will prepare them again! I have tried 3 of your recipes; this one was the best, so far. Thank you!

This looks DELICIOUS!!! I love the pork and I don’t care what others say about it. The pork Tenderloin is such a lean piece of meat; it needs fat added to it so it will be juicy. The salad was beautiful. I cannot eat avocados because I am very allergic to Them. I do like their taste though. I say that I would make the salad exactly the same way but replace the avocado with a cucumber. It will be just as DELICIOUS!!! Thank You for sharing this one with Us. Looks amazing! I'm going to try...I might use a pork rub for seasoning. The suggested string technique is good too for searing. I'm going to finish them on a hot grill using charcoal then check internal temperature to 165 degrees.

For me, I'd tie pork with cotton twine in stead of using skewers. This allows searing on all surfaces. Looks very good!
